I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms are due for an upgrade as the floors were not cleaned properly, and our menu looked like a betting slip. Despite having a junior suite, the room felt arctic and not cozy.
The hotel rooms were a bit worn out with some cleanliness issues but managed to switch to a better room. Despite the room flaws, it was difficult to adjust the temperature for comfort. The soundproofing was acceptable.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a nice size TV and a decent size balcony overlooking the pool. The service is accommodating, especially in room preferences. The location is convenient with free parking but had a strong chlorine smell. The dining experience was sometimes unpredictable and not consistently satisfying. Overall a good value option.
